THE HANG-GLIDER

Hang gliding in Umbria, with the launch from Monte Cucco, offers breathtaking landscapes and a flight over the green valleys that will remain etched in your memory for a lifetime. The Monte Cucco massif is in fact one of the highest peaks of the Umbria-Marche Apennines and extraordinarily rich in waterways, springs and deep cracks in the rock within which impetuous torrents flow, giving rise to spectacular waterfalls.

TWO-SEAT PARAGLIDING
IN GUBBIO
You reach the take-off point with a half-hour trekking route in close contact with nature.
The paragliding flight is preceded by a preparation briefing, with which the pilot instructs on the most correct behavior to enjoy the experience in maximum comfort and safety.
We will then proceed with the launch from the top of the mountain to fly over the splendid city of Gubbio with the two-seater paraglider.

TREKKING IN GUBBIO, PASSING THROUGH THE ANCIENT
THE AQUEDUCT
The experience includes a splendid trek, including archaeology, history, geology and landscapes.
A ring that alternates panoramic paths, ridges, valleys and uncontaminated woods, rocky walls, monuments and medieval views.
From the city of Gubbio you climb up to the ridge of Monte d'Ansciano, descending you reach the Bottaccione Gorge, a place of extreme geological interest. From there, you travel along the Medieval aqueduct to return to the heart of the ancient city.

HORSE RIDE
Walk for adults, children and beginners. Fascinating equestrian experiences in close contact with nature.
Moments of getting close to the horse and getting into the saddle in the riding stables. Relaxing one-hour or longer and more challenging walks on the green Eugubine hills are offered.
It is also possible to undertake trekking, with stages of several days, along the Franciscan route Gubbio-Assisi.

MARMORE WATERFALL
BIKE TOUR
A magnificent tour to discover the Valnerina area by cycling up to the Marmore Falls in the company of an expert guide and other friendly hikers.
The 16 km route runs along the left bank of the Nera River and allows you to enjoy the wonderful Umbrian landscape without great physical effort. It is, in fact, a perfect hilly route to spend a few pleasant hours on the bike. Finally, to conclude, a well-deserved stop to admire the splendid waterfall.

The Frasassi Caves are underground karst caves located within the Gola della Rossa and Frasassi Regional Natural Park. Inside the karst cavities you can admire wonderful natural sculptures formed by limestone stratifications over the course of 190 million years, thanks to the work of water and rock. SUP ON LAKE TRASIMENO
A Stand Up Paddle excursion. Under the expert guidance of the instructor, you learn to master the board and paddle to "walk" on the water of Lake Trasimeno, admiring the Polvese Island in the distance.
There will be a first theoretical part on land lasting 15 minutes, in which the main techniques of this discipline will be explained to us.
After that, we will begin the part in the water to learn how to ride a SUP and paddle on Lake Trasimeno.
The course is suitable for everyone, from 12 years old. Minors can participate alone.

RAFTING ON THE NERA RIVER AND THE CORNO RIVER
Before starting this fascinating adventure, you will be provided with the equipment to wear during the journey and the instructor will explain its correct use.
You can choose the short route of about 5 km or that one
from 7 km.
The adventure will take place on board a dinghy to challenge the current with the paddle in hand in the most inaccessible points together with the other crew members and the instructor.

CANOE ON THE BLACK RIVER
Suitable for those who prefer water sports and who want to try their hand at the world of rivers and streams.
You can tackle fantastic canoe/kayak descents on the Nera River . The activity takes place under the constant supervision of qualified instructors, the only ones capable of ensuring maximum safety, and is aimed at adventure lovers with good aquatic skills, over 14 years of age.
