"L'Antica Residenza Montereano" is a sustainable Bioecological Farmhouse recently renovated respecting the original architecture with modern ecological systems (photovoltaic and heat pumps) and a panoramic swimming pool.
The farmhouse includes apartments and rooms located in the main farmhouse and in the smaller farmhouse next door, both surrounded by a typical Italian garden.
The apartments are furnished with light and bright colours, designed to create a charming, welcoming and fresh atmosphere in Country style.

Each apartment enjoys an outdoor space in the park,
with table and chairs for exclusive use .
The internal space is comfortable and equipped with a perfectly equipped kitchen,
but for those who wish it is possible to have an exquisite and rich Italian or international breakfast served in the garden, with homemade sweets and many beloved cuddles.
The farmhouse has an agreement with some restaurants in Gubbio,
a few minutes away which offer typical and tasty dishes of the Eugubine tradition,
with excellent value for money.
IL GINEPRO
Large romantic studio-suite, ideal for couples,
it is attic and located on the second floor: the apartment is equipped with a double sommier bed + a very comfortable double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower.
Next to the window with a view there is a cool and shaded terrace, furnished with table and chairs, which enjoys a wonderful panorama overlooking Gubbio.
IL GINEPRO PLUS
Together with the "Ginestra" room, the Ginepro apartment becomes a large two-room apartment of 65 m2 with 2 bathrooms, suitable for a maximum of 6/7 people.
LA QUERCIA
Very spacious and romantic studio apartment-suite (open space) on the first floor, it is ideal for couples, offering guests a comfortable double bed + 2 extra beds and a bathroom with shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher and fridge. The apartment has two large windows, one of which is ribbon, with a breathtaking view of Gubbio.

Il Nespolo together with the "Lavanda" room, via an exclusive corridor, becomes a three-room apartment with 2 bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, and 2 bathrooms,
suitable to accommodate up to 6/7 people.
IL CEDRO
Cozy two-room apartment, located on the first floor, overlooking the park overlooking the surrounding hills. It is composed of a bright bedroom with a double bed, possibly divisible into 2 single beds, and a living room with a well-equipped kitchen + double sofa bed.

Spacious and welcoming three-room apartment, on the first floor, overlooking the garden and the beautiful Umbrian hills.
